XFY.1 ‘ROBOX’
Made from resinous ‘pitch-pine’. I’ve left the wood raw and slightly unfinished to allow the texture and character of the wood to give off feelings of wildness, urbanness and grit.
These pieces all have a heart which resembles aspects of time and experiences. The black square on the heart represents an element which has connected itself to the heart and thus influences the visual characteristic of the piece.
These pieces are all one offs, this piece is no1 in the series.
